It all started as a project for personal use, initially was nothing more than a script, which then moved to a GUI application for us to use in linux, but with time we felt the need to have it available everywhere and with some additional features.

And the idea for Shorty became real, we finally had it into a web application and since it was there fully functional for us, why not share it with the rest of the world.

We want to continue developing and improving the more we use and we see the community using it, we hope to hear your suggestions.
